Description: |
The course is given by Tim Beißbarth, Stefan Bonn and Nico Posnien. In this 3 day course we will give a general introduction to recent advances in sequencing technologies (next generation sequencing, NGS) and the respective fields of application. In hands-on training sessions the participants will be guided through typical analysis pipelines for differential gene expression, de novo assembly of transcriptomes and ChIP-seq datasets.
