Learning organisation The aim of this lecture is to impart profound knowledge of specific human genetic aspects and principles of human genetic research. Topics of this lecture are genetic diseases caused by trinucleotide expansion and imprinting, identification of mutations, linkage analysis, animal models, tumor genetics, immunogenetics, gene therapy, cloning and stem cells.
This lecture is adapted for advanced students of Biology and Medicine, but also of related fields (e.g. agriculture, teaching for secondary schools)

The aim of this lecture is to impart profound knowledge of specific human genetic aspects and principles of human genetic research.
