Description:

The purification of membrane protein complexes is important for the identification and characterization of protein-protein interactions. Native immunoprecipitation is a technique used for the isolation and purification of membrane protein complexes. In this course, we will perform a native isolation of a mitochondrial membrane complex using a FLAG tagged protein. This will be analyzed using Blue-Native PAGE.
