Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) - Analysis of RNAseq and ChIPseq data

Beschreibung: Note: We offer an introductory command line course (course number: A 306), which is beneficial for this course.

In this 3 day course we will give a general introduction to recent advances in sequencing technologies (next generation sequencing, NGS) and the respective fields of application. In hands-on training sessions the participants will be guided through typical analysis pipelines for differential gene expression, de novo assembly of transcriptomes and ChIP-seq datasets.
