2016-2021: PhD studies at the Department of Ecology and Ecosystem Research, Albrecht-von-Haller Institute for Plant Sciences, University of Göttingen. Thesis title: Diverse forests for climate change - drought tolerance of secondary timber species.

2015-2016: Scientific assistant at the Department of Ecology and Ecosystem Research, Albrecht-von-Haller Institute for Plant Sciences, University of Göttingen.

2012 - 2015 M.Sc. Biodiversity, Ecology and Evolution studies with a major in experimental plant ecology at the University of Göttingen.
Thesis title: 
Comparison and calibration of sap flow sensors using the thermal dissipation, heat field deformation and heat ratio method.

2012: 6 Months Internship in environmental education at the national park of Jasmund, Rügen.
