Comment/Description

In this 3 day course we will give a general introduction to recent advances in sequencing technologies (next generation sequencing, NGS) and the respective fields of application. In hands-on training sessions the participants will be guided through typical analysis pipelines for differential gene expression, de novo assembly of transcriptomes and ChIP-seq datasets.

You can register and sign out for methods courses in November 2022 from 1-20 September 2022. The slots will be assigned around 25 September 2022.
In exceptional circumstances, you can still sign out until 30 September 2022.
